Yes, we accept exchanges for another size or color within 30 calendar days of delivery, under the same conditions as a return. Items must be unused and unwashed, and sent back as originally received, with all packaging and tags intact. Exchanges depend on availability: if the size or color you want is not in stock, we tell you and you can choose a refund instead. Shipping is free both ways within the United States, and we send the new item once your return has arrived and passed inspection. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference before it ships; if it costs less, we refund the difference within 7 business days after your return is approved, to the card or wallet you paid with. Your order is prepared in 0–2 business days, then the carrier delivers it in 6–8 business days: 6–10 business days in total. We start processing your order the same business day when you order before 4:00 PM ET; after that time, on a weekend, or on a federal holiday, processing starts the next business day. We ship only within the United States.

Shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. We ship only to addresses within the United States: the mainland states, Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and every other US territory, military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and PO boxes. Yes, return shipping is on us, whatever the reason. Send your request within 30 calendar days of delivery; there is no restocking fee. The following conditions apply to change-of-mind returns; items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are covered separately, and your statutory rights are not affected. Items must be unused and unwashed, and sent back as originally received, with all packaging and tags intact. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, for example if it has been worn or washed, is damaged, or no longer has its tags, we let you know and send it back to you instead of refunding it.

Once your return reaches us, we check it within 2 business days. After approval, your refund is issued within 7 business days, back to the card or wallet you used. Your bank or card provider then decides how quickly the credit shows on your account.
